I just thought this would be funny--burning god expectations except all I know about the series is other people tweeting about it on priv.

someone kills  god (altan)*	genocide handled  insensitively	Star Wars Episodes III: Return of the Altan	Rin develops some more moral complexity	Ghosts, probably
historical allusions III: the boogaloo is back	someone has a father complex	call back to the academy at the worst time	duel to the death	cliffs/clifftops features somehow
psychic links are back and worse than ever	Rin is about hate <3 except when she is about authority <3	free space	friends with benefits, but the benefits are remembering altan together	plot resolution that was not at all foreshadowed in books I or II
Is this a series with  swordfights in it? Let's say yes	returning home, not recognizing yourself	revenge is best served cold and Rin's enemies have been investing in freezers	everything is about memory <3 except when it is not <3	long term injury care
why have a character arc when you can have a character pendulum	is nezha alive?**	i'm just listing names now... something happens with  chaghan, rin is mad  about it	author goes wild with  character parallels/foils	it's all connected....... (and/or nothing has meaning)
