Dec. 10th, 2023 08:10 pmI've been off twitter more recently, and that's been good for my ability to annoy my congresspeople and read books, if nothing else. Expect quite a few more books than normal below!
Last month was my birthday month, and I'd love if you tossed me a song for my birthday playlist! It's a playlist I make every year with songs other people send me. Birthday theming is optional, it can just be something you liked recently, or something you'd like me to listen to or bring into the new year.
This is also love meme season (an anonymous yearly thread where you can leave some sweet thoughts for other people anonymously). My post on the thread is here if you'd care to leave me something, and I'd love if you linked me yours if you made one!
I picked up so many shifts this month I'm surprised I had time to read all of this, but I suppose the time really stacks up when you're not on twitter for two hours every day.

Oct. 27th, 2023 12:15 amThis month I watched so many things! This has taken a little longer to write up, consequently lol. I've also been on vacation and mostly focused on reading more things instead of writing about the things I've already read.
I've started a handful of posts, a handful of stories. I'm now ten months late mail last year's holiday cards. And still the world keeps moving on! We'll see what next month brings.

Feb. 13th, 2023 08:07 pmThis new year has been surprisingly okay! I think I've been conditioned to hate January because winter quarter always starts now, but now that I'm not in school it's been surprisingly fine.

Some misc things at the top of this:
- The yearly love meme run by gdgdbaby is up again details here, and my link is here! It's basically a chance to leave anonymous notes to friends. Link me yours if you're participating this year <3
- If you have spotify and got your wrapped playlist this year, I would love to listen to it!!! (You'll have to make a copy of it and link from that, if you just try to link the playlist itself, spotify automatically directs anyone else to their own version of top 101 songs, instead of yours.)

Nov. 5th, 2022 12:32 pmHappy month of Halloween! This month really felt like fall to me finally. I started wearing sweaters around the house, it's pretty good. Also felt pretty satisfied by the books I read!

Oct. 10th, 2022 10:00 pmAfter the initial shine of graduation wore off, I feel kind of adrift. I don't want to get a masters but sometimes it feels like the promise of stability is tempting enough to apply. I want things I can't articulate!!!

Walked in graduation (though I have one quarter left of college), moved back home, still working on my thesis, and went to the east coast to see friends and skz! Started a new internship! I feel pulled in six directions at once, but hopefully this will all settle down a little when I submit my thesis.
